Creating a Subgrantee Spreadsheet

SAA Functionality Only

The Subgrantee Manager also allows you to create a spreadsheet of subgrantees in the system.

To create a subgrantee spreadsheet:

  1. From the Administration Menu, click the Subgrantee Manager hyperlink in the System Administration section. The Subgrantee Manager page displays.

  2. To create a spreadsheet of specific subgrantees, complete the fields in the Subgrantee Manager section and click the Search button to the right of the Keywords field to display the matching results. Once the Subgrantees section is updated with the appropriate subgrantees, click the create spreadsheet hyperlink in the top right portion of the Subgrantee Manager section. A File Download pop-up window displays.

    To create a spreadsheet of all subgrantees, click the create spreadsheet hyperlink in the top right portion of the Subgrantee Manager section without entering any search criteria. A File Download pop-up window displays.

  3. If you would like to view the spreadsheet without saving it to your computer, click the Open button in the File Download pop-up window. A Microsoft®  Excel® spreadsheet that includes basic subgrantee information displays.

  4. If you would like to view the spreadsheet without saving it to your computer, click the Open button in the File Download pop-up window. A Microsoft Excel  spreadsheet that includes basic subgrantee information displays.
