SPARS Pop-ups in Firefox®

The SPARS system uses pop-up windows to display reports and certain portions of the system. If you use a pop-up blocker, you will need to allow pop-ups from your SPARS web site so you can view these items.

To enable SPARS pop-ups when using the Firefox® pop-up blocker:

1. Open a web browser and navigate to the Texas SPARS web site.
2. Select the Tools drop-down menu from the browser toolbar.
3. Select the Options... option. The Options dialog box displays.
4. Select Content at the top. The Content panel displays.
5. At the top of the panel, click the Exceptions button associated with the "Block pop-up windows" checkbox. The Allowed Sites - Pop-ups dialog box displays.
6. Enter the Texas SPARS address into the "Address of web site:" field and click the Allow button.
7. When you are finished, click the Close button. You are returned to the Options dialog box.
8. Click the Cancel button to exit the dialog box.
