The SPARS system uses pop-up windows to display reports and certain portions of the system. If you use a pop-up blocker, you will need to allow pop-ups from your SPARS web site so you can view these items.
To enable SPARS pop-ups when using the Microsoft® Internet Explorer pop-up blocker:
Open a web browser and navigate to the Texas SPARS web site.
Select the Tools drop-down menu from the browser toolbar.
Hover your mouse over the Pop-up Blocker option. The Pop-up Blocker fly-out menu displays.
Select the Pop-up Blocker Settings option. The Pop-Up Blocker Settings pop-up window displays.
Enter the SPARS web site address in the "Address of Web site to allow" field and click the Add button. The SPARS web site address displays in the "Allowed sites" field.
When you are finished, click the Close button.
