Editing Subgrantee M&A Funding

SAA Functionality Only

To edit subgrantee M&A funding:

  1. From the Administration Menu, click the M&A Manager hyperlink in the System Administration section. The M&A Manager page displays.

  2. Complete one or more of the fields in the M&A Manager section to locate the desired subgrantee(s). Your results display in the M&A section. If you enter a keyword into the Keywords field, you must click the Search button to display your results.

  3. Click the [edit] hyperlink to the right of the desired subgrantee in the M&A section. The M&A page displays. The Grant, Current Grant Amount, Max Allowed M&A, Requested M&A, Available M&A, and Allocated M&A is listed for each grant awarded to the subgrantee.

  4. Select the desired percentage from the Percentage Advance drop-down menu. Once selected, the Advance Amount field updates with the total amount of the designated percentage of the M&A funding.

  5. Once you are satisfied with the percentage selected, click the Submit button. This updates the Available M&A column with the appropriate amounts and advances the subgrantee this portion of their M&A funding.
