System Administration Tools

SAA and Region Functionality Only

The System Administration section of the Administration Menu includes three different tools which are designed to help you manage user information, e-mails to subgrantees, and cases entered into the system. They are:

 

Your access to request types is dependent on the user level to which you are assigned—SAA or Region. The table below shows the default access for each user level.
