Region Functionality Only
Projects are automatically submitted to the SAA for approval when they are created by the region. They remain in a Submitted status until they are approved by SAA. At this time, a "GAN to" is also created by the region for purposes of distribution grant funds to the subgrantee. Like projects, the GAN must be approved by the SAA in order for the subgrantee to begin requesting items. Once approved, the requested amount displays next to the subgrantee name of the distribution section of a selected project so the region knows they can now distribute the funds.
