Searching for Users

SAA and Region Functionality Only

If you need to locate a particular user in SPARS, a search function is available on the User Manager page.

To search for users:

  1. From the Administration Menu, click the User Manager hyperlink in the System Administration section. The User Manager page displays.

SAA users can also access the User Manager by clicking the User accounts hyperlink (or the hyperlink numbers on the User accounts row) in the Pending Tasks section of the home page.

  1. To begin your search, complete one or more of the fields in the User Manager section. If you choose to enter a keyword, you can enter any part of the user’s name, county, subgrantee, or an elected official/director’s name into the Keywords field and then you must click the Search button. If you do not enter a keyword, but, instead, select a radio button from the User Type, Gov’t Agency, and/or the Status fields, your results automatically display in the User List section.
