If you need to edit a user's access to specific grants, the User Manager page provides an [edit] hyperlink to allow you quick access to the User Information page.
To edit a user's access to specific grants:
From the User Manager page, click the [edit] hyperlink to the right of the user’s name you wish to edit. The User Information page displays. You can also access the User Information page by clicking the user’s name as displayed in the User List.
Scroll to the Grant Exclusion section located just below the Actions section.
The Grant Exclusion section displays only for region user accounts.
Click to highlight the desired grant(s) and then click the > button to exclude the grant or click the < button to restore the grant. To select multiple grants, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and select each grant.
Once all changes have been made, click the Save Changes button located in the Actions section. This saves your changes and returns you to the User Manager page.
