Editing User Subgrantee Access

SAA Functionality Only

If you need to edit a user's access to subgrantees data, the User Manager page provides an [edit] hyperlink to allow you quick access to the User Information page.

To edit a user's access to subgrantee data:

  1. From the User Manager page, click the [edit] hyperlink to the right of the user’s name you wish to edit. The User Information page displays. You can also access the User Information page by clicking the user’s name as displayed in the User List.

  2. Scroll to the Subgrantee Selection section displayed below the User Information section.

The Subgrantee Selection section displays only for subgrantee user accounts.

 

  1. To add or remove access to subgrantees, click to highlight the desired subgrantee(s) and then click the > button to add the subgrantee or click the < button to remove the subgrantee. To select multiple subgrantees, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and select each subgrantee name.

  1. Once all changes have been made, click the Save Changes button located in the Actions section. This saves your changes and returns you to the User Manager page.
